Paul Gingerich was planning to run away with two of his friends, but colt said his stepdad would never allow it so he needed help killing him, Colt and Paul went in through a window Colt handed Paul a gun and they were going to wait in the living room till Colt's stepdad entered, the two were a little hesitant but when Colts stepdad entered the room Colt shot then Paul turned and closed his eyes and shot. they were both tried as adults, Paula was sent to a juvinile prison until he reaches the age of 18 and Colt was put into an adult prison but in a youth wing, he will also be transfered when he turns 18. Paul did say he wished he had just gone home the day they talked about killing a man, Paul also said he is greatful for what he has, he thinks that he has matured a lot from being in juvie.
