Folsom was sentenced on felony robbery and criminal confinement charges for pistol whipping and robbing an acquaintance, Joseph Knaack, on March 20. I think you could work a deal with him, put him in jail for half the sentance then send him to the thareputic facility for the rest that way he can have hard time and be re-habilitaded.
