Folsom was sentenced on felony robbery and criminal confinement charges for pistol whipping and robbing an acquaintance, Joseph Knaack, on March 20. He also was sentenced for burglarizing the home of Charles Riggle in the Gas Lite mobile home park on Oct. 30, 2008. Folsom has since told police he also was involved in numerous vehicle thefts and other burglaries that resulted in six or seven weapons that have never been recovered, Polarek said. His "reign of terror" began at the age of 9 when he stole poisonous chemicals in a plot to contaminate Hebron's water supply, she said.

from reading this i do understand why he was convicted, but i think that he should have been put in the therapeutic community program, beacause he had many problems with drugs, as he did claim to strat using at the age of 6 or 7. i think that Miles should have been but in the tharaputic pogram and given help, it was obviouse he did feel sorry for the things he had done, and the program would help get him clean. I think you could work a deal with him, put him in jail for half the sentance then send him to the thareputic facility for the rest that way he can have hard time and be re-habilitaded.
